The Aussie hottie - who's currently striving for reality show stardom - donned a hot black bikini as she waded into the Pacific with photogs snapping up shots along the way.

As for Sophie's current romantic happenings, she is said to have gotten back together with ex-boyfriend John Diaz after a recent split.

Rumor has it that the twosome broke up after Monk caught Diaz in bed with another woman, but now they've apparently patched things up after recently being spotted getting coffee together in LA.
